I received my 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification with Jay Co in December 2011. During that time, I posted 98 yoga poses for 98 days, receiving over 18,000 unique hits, a nomination for Most Inspiration Yoga Teacher Website, and the content was reposted on Yoga Pose Weekly.
